What is the minimum number of labels I can order?

There is no minimum. Price per label will drastically be reduced when more than a few labels are ordered.

How long does it take to produce my labels?

Under normal circumstances, your labels will ship within 7 to 10 business days after you approve the artwork. If you absolutely must have them the next day, we will do our best! In many cases, if the artwork is approved we assist with more demanding lead times.

What kind of label proof will I receive?

That is up to you. Most of the time customers prefer to approve a PDF proof from their computer screen. One of the advantages of digital printing, however, is that you can also see a proof that was printed on the press. They can then be hand-applied directly to your product so that you can see exactly what the finished product will look like.

How do I choose a size for my digital label?

We have many different sizes to choose from, including ovals, circles, round-corner rectangles, and more. If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, we most likely will have something that is very close. We also have the option of ordering it for you.

What material should I choose for my digital label?

If you are looking to achieve a glossy, durable finish white film - BOPP (a polypropylene label stock that is waterproof) is the material that we most often recommend. Other options for your labels are hi-gloss, semi-gloss and bright silver- and gold-laminated foil. A standard paper stock is also available.

What is the benefit of having my labels printed digitally?

Digital printing is a perfect solution for short-run orders (25,000 or less) and multiple copy orders. Because printing plates are not involved in the process, several different copies can be combined and printed together. Edwards Labels uses a HP Indigo Press. Labels that are produced digitally are very high quality, cost-effective and can be delivered to your door in a few days.
