everyday but we audit the employees on a daily basis to insure that the lessons are sinking in. Management wants to learn from the people who do the work everyday. When an employee has an efficient idea management is all ears. Once the guy doing the job tells us how they want to do it the step is procedure oriented. The trick now is to do it the same way every time.

To help the Company run smoother Edwards has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars developing an operating system that every person in the Company uses. All presses are linked together and we are able to follow an order in our system from the quote to the packing slip. The program is a work in progress and is always being upgraded. The upside has been customers getting quotes, orders and sales much faster.

Customer service is on the top of our list. First, we make sure our employees are happy but a very near second is our commitment to the customer service department. An Edwards CSR has needed information for every step at their finger tips. They are trained in Flexographic, Offset and silk screen. We take special time to make sure our people understand every step because Edwards makes everything in house. We do not count on other Companies to convert our products. When a customer has a question we will get the answer.
